In 2015, AMAYA Dockyard & Marine Services, Inc. was founded to cater to the growing domestic shipping industry in the Philippines. Strategically situated in Tanza, Cavite, the facility spans an expansive area of 22,000 square meters, with 337 meters of shoreline along the scenic Manila Bay.

Established on January 9, 2015, ADMSI operates from its shipyard located in Tanza, Cavite. Covering an extensive shoreline of 340 meters, the shipyard holds a two-hectare lot dedicated to its shipbuilding and dry docking operations.
